Your first visit
Nobody is going to make a fuss over you.
Well — we will be glad you came. But you can walk in, find a seat, and just be here. Here is what a Sunday actually looks like, so nothing catches you off guard.
Plan a Visit
Come to the back entrance
We are on the corner of Canal Rd. and Mt. Hope Hwy. Park around back, where hospitality greeters will be waiting to welcome you and point you where you need to go.
Wear what you own
There is no formal dress code. Some of our leaders wear a suit on Sunday; plenty of people don't. We would rather you be comfortable and here than uncomfortable and home.
A little over an hour
The morning service runs a bit past the hour. You'll hear the choir, sing traditional hymns together, and hear a message from Pastor Jackson.
Your kids are safe here
Safe, clean, and highly-staffed nurseries for infants through age three, plus classes for children up through 5th grade.
The offering is not for you
We want the service to be a gift to you as our honored guest. Please do not feel any obligation to participate in the offering.
Come early for coffee
At 9:45 there are adult Bible studies in a more personal setting — plus coffee and donuts. It is the easiest way to meet somebody.
Questions people actually ask
Before you come.
- What kind of music do you sing?
- We use traditional hymns, sung by the congregation, with an adult choir, a bell choir, and a kids choir.
- What Bible do you preach from?
- We preach and teach from the King James Version.
- Where do I take my children?
- Head to the main entrance on your first visit. Volunteers will get your children registered and walk them to the right classroom.
- Is there anything for teenagers?
- Teen Bible study meets Sunday at 9:45 AM, and Teen Hour meets Wednesday at 7:00 PM. Weekly activities are free, and teens are encouraged to bring friends.
- What if I can't make it in person?
- Services are streamed, and past messages are posted to our YouTube channel.
- Do you have anything for first-time guests?
- Yes — every first-time guest is welcome to a free copy of Basics for Believers.

A gift for first-time guests
Every first-time guest is welcome to a free copy of Basics for Believers — no strings, no sign-up sheet. Just ask a greeter on your way in or out.
Still not sure?
Call the office and ask anything you like. We would rather answer a question now than have you wonder about it all week.
