A church family on the west side of Lansing.
Community Baptist Church started in October 1990 with forty-three people in a middle school gym. More than three decades later we are still the same kind of church — ordinary families who love God, take the Bible seriously, and look out for the people around them.
If you are looking for a church, you are welcome here exactly as you are. Come find a seat, sing a few hymns, and hear something worth hearing.

Prayer
We all carry things — some small, some heavy. Nobody should carry them alone. We pray in every service, and Wednesday night is set aside for it.

Our mobile food pantry has served more than a hundred families in a single day. It runs several times a year, and everyone is welcome.
